What is your current position?
– I am the Administrative Assistant in our Estimating Department. Organization is my super power!
Do you have a mentor in your career?
– Paul Nunno is my mentor – he loves to teach and is always so patient. I feel like I learn something new every day working with Paul.
What do you like best about the Encon company culture?
– Marty and David do so many things to bring employees together and make sure we feel appreciated, like a family. We do “Together Events” – dinner with girls, bowling, Iplay events. Even the simpler things like bagels, and pizza day on Fridays make us all feel appreciated.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
– Take every project a little at a time – bite off piece by piece – so not to get overwhelmed
