What do you do here at Encon and how did you get into the industry?
– I am an account manager and have been with Encon since 2013. Prior to that, I had my own water treatment business.

What is a big career highlight at Enron so far?
– The Tech Anywhere System. I helped implement a feature in field technician technology to give them the ability to generate our own purchase orders which saves precious time in the field.

What are the challenges of your position?
– I am in customer relations, so I am on the road a lot which can be challenging. I am the main point of contact for my customers. My focus is retaining and building relationships, filtering all feedback – both positive and negative, always making sure everyone is happy with our service!

What are your top three favorite things about working at Encon?
– I really enjoy the family day, our overall corporate culture, and the holiday party is great every year.

What’s the best piece of advice you have ever received?
– Always be positive!
