Our experienced, knowledgeable staff includes engineers, technicians, designers, dispatchers, and warehouse personnel all of whom continue to uphold the Encon brand of excellence. Every member of our team – from senior management to office personnel and field techs – undergo regular internal training programs that are integrated with formal education provided by manufacturers to assure up-to-date industry and product knowledge. Our team members pride themselves on their versatility and flexibility, easily stepping into tasks outside their day-to-day activity and overdelivering for our clients.
