When did you start at ENCON?
I started in 1995 and worked my way up to construction manager. I learned everything on the job – people took me under their wing.

What is the best thing about working at ENCON?
It’s a close-knit family atmosphere. There’s a high level of integrity – we really care about our clients and give value.

What are some projects you’re most proud of?
Working on the Short Hills Surgical and Essex Eye Surgery centers – projects that were intense and challenging. And the clients that have been with us for up to 20 years, remaining as service accounts which shows loyalty and longevity.

Where can we find you on the weekends?
Watching my son play competitive soccer and watching my Arsenal team – I’m an avid fan!

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
“Always come prepared to play and expect to win.”
