What’s your favorite thing about working at ENCON?
As a project manager, I get to be a social person and take pride in my ability to interact with clients, form lasting relationships, and the networking that comes with it.
What can we find at your office desk?
I’m a hoarder of vendor promotion notepads they give out and have quite the collection, plus mismatched office supplies.
Did you have any mentors in your career?
I’ve had many mentors along the road and take away something from each person I’ve worked with along the way – from the service side to the to the technical and design side. Marty and David are also great mentors coming up with concepts.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
“It’s not my fault but it is my problem.” It’s your responsibility to remedy and accept that you need to find the solution. Someone is going to look at you to fix the process – I’m a problem solver and find the solution.
Where can we find you on the weekend?
Spending time with my family and toddler son. We recently bought a new home so renovating keeps me busy!
