When did you know you wanted to be in this industry?
I knew way back in my childhood, growing up I was always taking things apart. At 12 years old, I took my family’s lawnmower apart and tried to put it back together – this curiosity relates to my hands-on role today at ENCON.
What do you like most about your position as Sales Engineer?
I enjoy the challenge and there’s never a dull moment. I’m on the go 7am to 7pm and wouldn’t have it any other way. I try to provide value for the customer – not just do the job to make a buck – as it’s all about long-term relationships.
What is a highlight of your career?
Working on the Gateway Plaza project – challenging million-dollar job that was fulfilling once completed

My daughter’s drawings – she’s a talented artist!
