What is your position?
I am a dispatcher, handling customer calls and scheduling at least 25 technicians per day.
How long have you been at the company and where did you get your start?
I have been with ENCON since 2014 and got my start in the toy industry. Joining the team here gave me an amazing opportunity to learn another industry and take my skills in customer service to the next level.
What is something you’d still like to learn?
Would still love to learn more about the technology side of what we do.
Where can we find you on the weekends?
Spending time with my family…we bowl as a family and head down to the beach.
What is the best thing about working at ENCON?
I really like that the company overcomes every challenge. Every day is different, you have to be able to turn on a dime. We go over and above to make sure customer needs are met- every time!
What ’s the best piece of advice you have heard?
“Ride the wave every day!”
