Where are you from and what’s your background? 
I live in Shrewsbury with my 2-year-old daughter Lily and our dog Sparky. I went to Monmouth University – I was a history and archeology major.

What are the top words you would use to describe ENCON?
Family, loyal, generous, charities and community, positive – no feat is too big to overcome.

What’s your superpower?
Whatever I’m asked I can make happen…I am a problem solver. I never say no and will always figure it out.

What’s the best thing about working at ENCON?
Everyone celebrates everyone else or will rally around for support if going through difficulty. The company supports furthering education, anything you want to try or do outside your job role. It’s really inspiring!

Did you have a mentor in your career?
All project managers are like mentors. Marty taught me about electrical and HVAC. They don’t treat you like you should know everything when you walk in the door and let you develop over time – here’s what’s happening and let’s teach you what you need to know so you can make educated decisions. It’s such a positive way to learn the business.
