What is your current position?
I’m a Human Resource Generalist.

What inspired you to work in the industry?
My dad worked in the HVAC and electrical industry my entire life. Fast forward to 2020, I ran into my best friend from childhood who mentioned her company had an open position working with her in the Human Resources department – and ENCON hired me very quickly to support her.                                      

How would you describe ENCON in one word?
Energizing!!

What music do you listen to while you work?
Meatloaf Radio.

What can we find on your office desk?
Candy and a Rubik’s Cube.
