Partnering with the right partners like Dell and Intel on projects in similar spaces to be more forward-thinking and bring a new approach to how buildings operate.

When did you know you were cut out for this industry?
When I solved a Rubik’s Cube at six years old – I couldn’t sit still at the table and was always using my hands to problem solve!

What can we find on your office desk?
Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robot – this is how we handle arguments in the office!

What gets you up in the morning?
Passion to be the best at what we do at ENCON , with our team giving our customers the best experience and overdelivering. If the team makes a mistake they pick up the ball and don’t back away – we stay until it’s done or come back and fix it. We go above and beyond to make sure our customers are satisfied and we’ve exceeded all their expectations.

Where do you see the future of ENCON?
Being a leader in the industry – both in the use of technology and growing the team, giving the team the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. We have several examples of our team evolving from drivers to senior managers. Working with customers that appreciate the value of our partnership.

Anything you’d still love to learn?
I’m always learning – that’s why I’ve joined YPO and am spending more time on visionary and leadership initiatives, and less time managing the core business. I’m always investing in leadership education, investing heavily on the technical and sales side.
