Where is your current position?
I am the Electrical Division Manager, I have been in the industry for more than 30 years.
Where did you get your start?
My father was the traffic signal superintendent for the town. The electrical business was a side business and it grew over time. I took it over after high school.
What is something you’d still like to learn?
I would still love to learn more about the electrical engineering side of what we do.
Where can we find you on the weekends?
Spending time with my family…we hike and ride quads together in the miles of woods nearby. As they got into their teens we really started riding more together. It’s fun for them to follow my lead out there!
What is the best thing about working at ENCON?
I really like that it is very family-orientated. They have a rich history and stand for quality.
What ’s the best piece of advice you have received?
“Practice what you preach.”
