What do you do here at ENCON and how did you get into the industry? 
I am an account manager and have been with ENCON since 2013. Prior to that, I had my own water treatment business.

What are the challenges of your position?
I am in customer relations, so I am on the road a lot which can be challenging. I am the main point of contact for my customers.  My focus is retaining and building relationships, filtering all feedback – both positive and negative, always making sure everyone is happy with our service!

What are your top three favorite things about working at ENCON?
I really enjoy the family day, our overall corporate culture, and the holiday party is great every year.

What’s the best piece of advice you have ever received?
Always be positive!
