When did you start working at ENCON?
I am currently a Sales Account Manager. I started in 2013 working in the parts counter – then grew into sales and the client services end.
What inspired you to work in the industry?
My dad owns HVAC company doing residential and commercial installs. As a toddler, I would visit dad the office and started working with him at age 14. It felt natural to work at Encon, which is all about integrity and family too.
Do you have a mentor in your career?
Jimmy is an awesome mentor and shares everything he knows
What is your superpower?
I am an HVAC “Parts Expert!”
What can we find on your office desk?
My lucky pen and always a photo of my daughter Natalie. I also listen to video game music soundtracks while working – no words and background noise that helps me work.
