Where are you from and what’s your background? 
I was born and raised in NJ, and currently live in Brick. I have always been in a construction finance role, project accounting. Prior to joining ENCON, I worked for a homebuilder/property manager reporting to the GC for Turner Construction.

What are the top words you would use to describe ENCON?
Trustworthy and very family orientated. The founders would bend over backwards to help any of their employees.

What’s your superpower?
Whatever I’m asked I can make happen…I am a problem solver. I never say no and will always figure it out. 

Is there a project you are most proud to have been a part of?
I was part of the software implementation here at ENCON. I had to know everything I could to help set up the system which was bare bones for 18 months. I had to book calls, schedule service, accounting, implementing new systems and processes for the growing company – ultimately streamlining processes. 

What can we find on your office desk?
Stocked candy jar – Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, People come visit me for chocolate! I once got yelled at because my jar was empty! Ha!
