I was raised in Westfield, NJ, and currently live in Brick.

Family, respect, and integrity.
What’s your superpower?
I enjoy forming great relationships – from the installers in the field to our many clients.
What’s an Encon project you’re most proud of?
The Bell Works project, including IFF and restaurant tenants fitting out over 1 million square feet!
What is your favorite thing about working here?
The work we do is very challenging but also very rewarding. I really enjoy taking it from a bid to selling a job to following through on the completion of a job.
What do you like best about the ENCON company culture?
Marty and David have been great mentors. The people here are really great to work with and the family-first culture we have created is very enjoyable.
